Maja Kuzmanovic participates in a round table on food and design moderated by Alok Nandi.Other panelists include Sandrine Mossiat, Malika Hamza and Chotima Ag-Ukrikul.
Maja will talk about open systems and dinner conversations. Malika explores the dimension of slowness through her experience with the Slow Food movement. Sandrine shares the "sublime" as a dimension conceptual food design and Chotima talks about urbanities and their food-scapes.
