Luea Ritter

Luea has worked as artistic director and organiser for various arts organisations both nationally and internationally, and founded and co-curated several trans-disciplinary festivals.

She works in diverse sectors (Sustainable Energy, Arts, Education, Civil Society Engagement i.a.) in the areas of organizational, community & cultural development and geo-relations.
Her main focus lays on whole systems design and stewardship, multi-stakeholder dialogue & the regenerative approach.

Translation and (ex)change processes between people, teams, communities and sectors are essential, and are an integral part of her work as a systemic constellation practitioner, coach and facilitator.

She weaves together and integrates methodologies from the creative sector, innovative change and process work, and alternative healing and community building practices to co-create environments where generative, participatory and transversal solutions can be deepened, strengthened and reconnected with our daily lives. Stewarding the emergence of precious spaces of trust within these shared transition processes is core of that work.

Her underlying intention is to serve conscious attitudes and actions where the whole can unfold serenely and is prototyping an interconnected way forward for the societal challenge we are facing today.
